Work Hours: 8-hour work days between the hours of 7:30 am and 6 pm.
Daily Tasks will include but not limited to the following training development and support for DLMS and other systems as required:1.Business analyst for DLMS application. Analyze and document business requirements, develop and implement test plans and release management.2.Assist client with the creation of end user training for DLMS.3.Produce and narrate training videos (digital format).4.Develop interactive computer-based training products as needed to support user needs.5.Test code releases of the DLMS system before they are provided to the client for user acceptance testing. 6.Document and track defects as necessary7.Troubleshooting and analysis of DLMS system problems and bugs as needed. Work closely with users and developers to document problems, resolve issues and document solutions.
Specialist - Experience in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and products that run on those platforms, beyond that of a Programmer- The Authorized User may seek Specialists in the following areas (list is not exhaustive):• Backup and Recovery• SecurityExpert84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field
84 months demonstrated experience developing and delivering classroom and onsite training for complex computer systems.
84 months demonstrated experience scripting, producing and narrating training videos (digital format) for computer system using video editing software.
84 months demonstrated experience developing SCORM complaint computer based training materials.
72 months demonstrated experience providing help desk support of complex computer systems
24 months demonstrated experience analyzing and documenting business requirements
